- Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
The HR Trendz currently ships within Canada and to select international destinations.
If shipping is unavailable to your location, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Delivery Timeframes
- Canada: Approximately 2-8 business days after dispatch.
- United States: Approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Approximately 7-15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order details. Applicable shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to become active after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

The HR Trendz is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue where possible.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in Brampton, Ontario for selected orders. Pickup details will be provided after order confirmation.
