Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on jewellery products once purchased.

If you have any questions about size, style, colour, material, availability, or care instructions, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as the order has not been shipped or prepared for pickup.
• A cancellation processing fee may apply to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
